In 2006 Tracy & Dallas wanted to encourage people to eat real food instead of over industrialized, over chemicalized and over processed fast food. No small task. At that time there was no farm to table, local or slow food movement.
Fourteen years later and our food is simple, from scratch, sandwiches, (an example is our original chicken sandwich with a slightly spicy roasted chicken thigh with our own mayo, pickled red onions, asiago cheese, our roasted bell pepper and arugula all on a toasted multi grain ciabatta bun) Salads, like our massively popular California BLT, with bacon, avocado, corn. tomato and feta on a bed of organic mixed greens tossed in our maple sherry shalot vinaigrette. Constantly changing always from scratch soups and amazing cake. We have always sourced as much local product as possible, even growing a fair amount in our own yard.
